SHIPPING INFO & PRE-ORDER POLICY

Orders will typically ship within 24hrs of the payment once its receieved.

For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, refer to item description for shipping times.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the pre-order item. That means if a pre-order item ships in 1 month you need to wait 1 month for all other items that were in the cart at the time of purchase. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away you need to add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order.

Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your method of payment immediately upon purchase.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment and are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee that is charged to us when the initial transaction is made.
