  • The nature of the TCG industry requires us to not offer returns for any sealed product. If there are items that arrive damaged, or not as described, send us an email at "support@oaxcollects.com" and we'll make it right.

    Cancellations are allowed prior to shipment but are subject to a %3 cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the refund amount in order to cover the %3 non-refundable payment processing fee that is charged to us when the payment is made. 

  • Orders will typically ship within 24hrs of the payment once its receieved.

    For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, refer to item description for shipping times.

    Pre-Order Policy:

    When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the pre-order item. That means if a pre-order item ships in 1 month you need to wait 1 month for all other items that were in the cart at the time of purchase. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away you need to add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order.

    Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
    Pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your method of payment immediately upon purchase.
